In high school, at the age of 16, I worked at Sears in the catalog department and remained there for 10 years. At the age of 26 I started my teaching career in San Francisco at Luther Burbank Middle School. I taught there for four years and then transferred to Marina Middle School while concurrently working on my Masters degree in Educational Administration. I complete...Expand for more
d my degree and was fortunate to be hired as Dean of Students at James Denman Middle School. I was commuting from Windsor so the following year I obtained a position as Vice Principal in Cloverdale. I have finally landed in the Santa Rosa City School district, the district I hoped to work for when I moved to Sonoma County. I am currently a teacher at Herbert Slater Middle School.
